Mommy & Baby Pilates

So... I have really been wanting to get this post-baby body in shape, and Mom found a DVD called Mommy and Baby Pilates at Target! We tried it out today, and BOY OH BOY was it fun! It really gave me, as well as Austin a work out. The exercises let you use the weight of your baby (which I believe I'm ahead of the game with Austin weighing in around 15-16 lbs!) doing *baby dumb-bells, push-up kisses... abs... thighs... bum... ect.

The video lasts around 50 minutes... so Austin had had enough as when got the end. He started screaming... the literally fell asleep while I was doing some baby-crunches!
