8 months!

                                       
The time has come for yet another monthly update!! Austin is now starting his 8 month of life! He is FULL of personality and expresses his emotions very well! No matter if he is happy, sad, or mad... you will without a doubt know it! :) I love him more and more everyday... he is the best thing that has ever happened to us! Here's a few pics to enjoy-

Trying to Crawl

This video is long, but it's good! Austin is now pushing up on all fours and trying to crawl!! He is rocking back and forth when he gets in position, and I know it's not going to be very much longer before he gets his coordination together and takes off. For now... he has to fight through his frustration and scoot backwards. :) I can't believe my baby is about to be mobile on his very own... although I am VERY excited and proud for him, I can't deny that it makes me a little sad to see him growing up so fast! ( I can't imagine how hard the future is going to be...first steps....first day of school... ect. ect. haha)

BRAYLIN JAE IS HERE!!!

Words can't express the love I have for my perfect little baby niece!! She entered this world on 10-9-2010, and has been a little "fiesty" fighter ever since. Braylin is 1 lb 7 ounces and FULL of life! Chrissie and Jerad are doing AWESOME, and are totally consumed with love for there precious daughter!For more detailed updates, please visit her Chrissie's blog at http://www.chrissieandjp.blogspot.com/.

For now, I have  few pics from the day of her arrival. I don't have any pictures of Miss Bray on my blog, but her mother is posting new ones everyday. Please pray for my baby niece and her awesome parents!!

 So they decided Braylin needed to come... and Chrissie's was getting ready for surgery!!

The soon-to-be parents,getting filled with info concerning her spinal-tap for her c-section.


After surgery, Chrissie recovered awesome! All went well, and Braylin went to the NICU. She is doing amazing! She is a tiny little angel.... she has already claimed the nickname as the "fiesty one". God has wrapped his arms around this family, and I know it won't be long until this baby gets to go home! I am so proud to be an Aunt to this perfect baby girl!!

Austin got a new toy today..and this is his first time playing with it. As you can see... he gets REALLY proud of himself!! CUTEST ONE!!! :)

Silly Mornings :)

This is just a little Austin morning play-time. He's really silly... real fun to watch. :)

7 Months Old!

Austin is now 7 whole months old!! Once again, I'm blown away by how time flies!! The new things going on in his life are as follows:

* mama, dada (indiscriminatory),baba, blah blah, OOOO, AHHH, ga ga, ect...ect..

* eating alllll kinds of fruits, only like sweet potatoes for the veggies. He HATES green beans, peas, and squash. (we won't give up yet..) He has oatmeal with his fruits. He still drinks breastmilk, and occasionally I give him a formula bottle. He loves juice and water.

* He isn't crawling yet, but is showing signs that he really wants to. His method right now is SCREAM REAL LOUD UNTIL SOMEBODY GETS ME WHAT I WANT, OR PUTS ME WHERE I WANT TO GO! (he's too young for a spanking..but sometimes i wish....:) :) )

* Sleeps from 8:00pm to 4:00 or 6:00am, gets a snack, goes back to sleep...then start the day at 8:00am.

* LOVES his bath time.

* Found his boy-parts... that's a real fun toy, along with his toes..and his hands are fun to watch sometimes.

* REALLY REALLY laughs at that baby in the mirror!

*  Is cutting one tooth... and it's his upper right canine ?!?! We never said he was normal! He drools so much we have to put a bib on him through-out the day because he will be soaking wet! :)

* His weight is a little over 21 lbs and 28 inches in length. I know this because he caught a cold last week and we had to go see the doctor. She prescribed C-Phen (antihistamine with a cough suppresent.)

That's really all the latest in his life. This baby is the BEST thing in the world. I love him more and more everyday! :) It's getting interesting trying to find new ways to entertain him....enjoy!
